Who We Are
Closient is a product search, discovery, and identity platform powered by GS1 Digital Link. Our name is a portmanteau of "Close" and "Convenient" — reflecting our belief that the best answer to "where can I find this?" should start with what's nearby.
We help consumers find products at local stores first, then expand to national and online options. For brands, we offer free hosted product pages with structured, AI-friendly data — automatically linked to active recalls and safety notices. For communities, we help strengthen local economies by connecting people to the businesses right around the corner.

Recall functionality is available at every tier, including free. We will never monetize a safety action. Protecting consumers is a responsibility, not a revenue opportunity.
QR codes are permanent promises
Once a QR code is printed on packaging and reaches a consumer, it must work — forever. We will never break a link because a subscription lapsed or a billing cycle ended.
