Always resolve — never a dead link

If a bill goes unpaid or a brand becomes inactive, Closient serves a minimal fallback page with basic product details so consumers are never left hanging. We also check brand URLs daily; after 5 consecutive non-200/300 responses, we mark the org as defunct and show the fallback until it's fixed.
