Every night, Closient writes your scan and page-visit analytics into a destination you own. Query it in Metabase, Excel, Snowflake, DuckDB or whatever you use. No API to integrate. No export button to remember.

What you get

Daily scan counts per product. Total, billable, bot, AI-crawler, hosted-page and redirect-only scans, plus an estimate of unique visitors.
Every breakdown from your dashboard. Country, region, city, device, hour of day, GS1 context, lot, requested link type, AI provider and purpose.
Page visits with source attribution. Resolve, AI referral, organic search, direct, referral, social, per page type and country.
A product dimension table. GTIN, brand, name, resolver status. Snapshotted nightly so every day is self-contained.
Your full history on day one. Closient keeps daily aggregates indefinitely, so the first delivery reaches back to your first scan.

Parquet by default, CSV if you prefer, Hive-style date partitions, a signed manifest per day.

Tell us where.

Pick a destination and give us the connection details in your dashboard. For S3 that is a role ARN, nothing more.

We provision your delivery.

Within 10 business days we run your first delivery, including the full backfill, and confirm it in your dashboard.

Wake up to fresh data.

Every day after 04:00 UTC, yesterday lands in your destination. Failures retry on their own and email you if they persist.

What it costs

49.00 USD per month per destination. No setup fee.

Billing starts on the day of your first successful delivery. Cancel from your dashboard at any time. We delete your credentials within 24 hours.

Privacy by design

We deliver aggregates, not people. No IP addresses, no user agents, no visitor identifiers, no raw events. The same privacy-safe layer that Closient itself keeps after raw scan events are purged.

Questions

Is it real time?: No. Delivery is once per day. For per-scan events as they happen, use Scan Webhooks, which are included on every plan. Webhooks guide
Can I get raw scan events?: No. Data Delivery carries daily and, on request, hourly aggregates. Raw events stay inside Closient and are purged after 90 days.
Do you store my credentials?: For S3 with a role, we hold nothing of yours. For R2, static keys and Postgres, we hold the credential encrypted at rest, and you can rotate or revoke it from your dashboard at any time.
What if a delivery fails?: It retries hourly. An authentication or permission error is emailed to your technical and billing contacts straight away. Anything else is emailed after two consecutive failed nights. A missed day is delivered on the next successful run. Nothing is skipped silently.

Will the schema change under me?: Additions never break you. Breaking changes ship under a new version prefix, run in parallel with the old one for at least 90 days, and are announced 30 days ahead.
Can I connect Metabase or Excel directly?: Yes, through the destination. Metabase reads your Postgres schema natively. Excel and Power BI read Parquet through their own connectors or your warehouse. That is the point: we land the data in the tool you already query.
Which plan do I need?: Business. Free-plan organizations keep the in-app analytics dashboard and CSV export.
